Limited Warranty Coverage
EZ Mount Innovations warrants to the original retail purchaser that the EZ Dolly Slide™ will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased through EZ Mount Innovations or an authorized dealer and is non-transferable. During the warranty period, EZ Mount Innovations will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component determined to be defective due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Registration
Register your EZ Dolly Slide™ within 30 days of purchase to activate full warranty coverage and receive product updates, safety notices, and faster warranty processing.
Installation Requirements
Installation may be completed by the purchaser or a qualified repair facility. Installation must follow the current EZ Mount Innovations written instructions and/or official installation videos. Improper installation may affect performance and void warranty coverage.
Owner Responsibilities
Inspect the EZ Dolly Slide™ before each use, verify mounting hardware is secure, maintain the product in safe operating condition, replace worn or damaged components promptly, and follow all operating and safety instructions.
Warranty Exclusions
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Abuse, misuse, accidents, or overloading
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Welding, drilling, or altering the product
- Use of non-approved replacement parts
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, chipped paint, powder coating wear, corrosion from road chemicals, or surface oxidation
- Environmental exposure including salt, chemicals, flooding, fire, or acts of nature
Warranty Claim Procedure
Contact EZ Mount Innovations Customer Support, provide proof of purchase, photographs of the suspected defect, and a description of the issue. EZ Mount Innovations may require the defective component or product to be returned for inspection before determining warranty eligibility. The customer is responsible for shipping the product or component to EZ Mount Innovations. If the claim is approved, EZ Mount Innovations will repair or replace the defective component and pay return shipping costs.
Repair or Replacement
Warranty remedies are limited exclusively to repair or replacement of defective parts, at the sole discretion of EZ Mount Innovations. This warranty does not include labor, installation or removal costs, downtime, rental equipment, towing charges, travel expenses, lost profits, or incidental or consequential damages.
Safe Operation
The EZ Dolly Slide™ is intended for trained towing, recovery, transport, and repossession professionals. Inspect the product before each use, verify all hardware is secure, ensure locking mechanisms are engaged, properly secure all speed dollies during transport, and remove the product from service immediately if damage or excessive wear is discovered.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty, EZ Mount Innovations disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. EZ Mount Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the installation, use, misuse, or inability to use the EZ Dolly Slide™.
Product Improvements
EZ Mount Innovations reserves the right to modify product designs, materials, or specifications at any time without obligation to update or replace products previously sold.
